We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer to join our Team!

The Lead Engineer role includes:

• Develop project plan.
• Conduct cost and capability for new market feasibility studies.
• Support feasibility for new product opportunities.
• Ensure smooth and complete transition of projects.
• Develop new product start up plan and manage projects.
• Collaborate with Quality to meet customer expectations.
• Meet production standards.
• Support feasibility and contract review processes and suggest improvements.
• Handle customer technical interface.

• Develop long range departmental plan that ties into the strategic plan.
• Train and mentor the team.
• Manage and prioritize timelines.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience, bachelor's degree, and manufacturing/metal experience.
